Completed forms, accompanied by €20 subscription fee, should be sent to Breda Disney, Patrician Secondary School, Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
Alternatively, you can pay by credit card using the "Pay Now" button below.
There is a reduced rate of €5 for retired teachers and for student teachers.
You also have the option to sign up for school membership. The fee for school membership is €30. When filling in the form, please give details of all teachers who wish to avail of membership. If paying online, please email the names of teachers to bredadiz@gmail.com.
Membership is due for renewal on the 1st of September each year.
