Joe McEneaney created the IAMTA journal for the past 6 years and gave presentations at previous conferences. He completed an M.Sc in Mathematics with the OU in 2004 and is currently studying for an M.Sc in Theoretical Physic. He is a worthy recipient of the Victor Graham Award.
